My last modified dates did not change either. In fact, I have not seen this so called "bug" "reported by many very unhappy people." I did see one person report to the list that all of his last modified dates were changed to the date that he downloaded the update. I then saw 1 or 2 other people who reported that they thought some of their last modified dates change but not all.
