How did you update your file? Did you just let Legacy convert the
existing file or did you use some other method? It seems odd that only
you report all your dates changed. That will happen, and is my design
not a bug, if you created a new file and imported an old file into the
new or if you exported the old file into a new one.

As part of my duties in testing and reporting bugs I am always importing
old files, submitted with the original bug report, to the latest format
so fixes can be tested and I can assure you that the update of the
format to the latest build 7.5.0.270 does not amend the modified dates.
I converted half a dozen files just today to the latest build 7.5.0.270
and none of them had modified dates changed to today.
