Perhaps the different results people are getting may arise from the
sequence of updating.  If you updated directly from v219 to v270 you may
have skipped two other opportunities, v266 and v267, where the data
format was changed,  and where the problems may have been caused.  Does
this updating sequence fit with anybody's pattern of changes or no
changes to the update date?
