I have a situation which is no doubt not unique but I'm not sure how to get Legacy to handle it properly to suit the sensitivities of the situation.
Male 1 marries Female 1 and they have Child 1 Male 2 marries Female 2 and they have Child 2, 3 & 4 Female 1 dies. Some years later Male 1 has an illicit liaison with Female 2 resulting in Child 5 and Divorce between Male 2 and Female 2 Male 1 and Female 2 never marry and aside from the illicit liaison, minimal relationship with each other. Child 5 needs to have parents correctly recorded as Male 1 and Female 2 but since the parents had only the briefest of relationships, I don't want the reports to say spouse or even partner. I would also prefer (if at all possible) for Female 2 & Male 1 to Not appear in the Spouse list for each other. How can I best handle this situation?
