Thanks Paula, no I haven't imported any data. I could delete them individually if necessary but am curious how they got there and will it occur again.

Did you import data from another application? It may be that something came into Legacy & it didn't know where to put it, so to speak, so it recorded these really cryptic things in the Notes fields. DEATH:RIN MH:1F269 RESI:RIN MH:IF292 DSCR:RIN MH:IF260 and also MARR:RIN MH:FF2 Upon investigation I find they are arbitrarily recorded in the General or Marriage notes. 1. What are these numbers? 2. Why would it only apply to some records and not others? 3. How can I remove them from the Reports/Notes?
