Found an interesting alternative to Families and other tablet genealogy
configurations.  Parallels Access lets me run Legacy on an iPad and enter data
directly to my main home computer Legacy database without synching, converting
or transferring.  I'm not sure if there is an Android version, but it works
well on an iPad, even better with an external keyboard.  Pretty well all the
functions are there.  Anyone else had any experience with this?  Any pitfalls I
may not have encountered yet?  Pricey though: $50/year (mine came free for 6
months bundled with a Parallels upgrade).  Thought I'd share.
