For the original question of the color of the box outline, change in Appearance
> Color.

Go to Appearance > Line to set the color and thickness of the connecting lines.

Go to Appearance > Color to set the colors of the box outlines, the text, and
the box fill color.

Go to Appearance > Box to set the style of the box outline, turn the box shadow
on/off, and set the shadow color.

Go to Appearance > Background to set the background color for the whole page,
set a background picture, and set the transparency of the picture.

Hi Linda

check the line colour set under
Appearance > Line

As for saving the chart without the white background

Couple of options there depending on your digital scrapbooking program and what
colour your page will be

You can either set your page background colour under Appearance > Background >
Page Colour - Set Colour

Or, if you are using a program that supports blend modes (eg Photoshop or PS
Elements) you can export as JPG or PNG and then (assuming you have no pictures
in your chart) chose Blend Mode Multiply or Darken

That will remove your white background and bring your scrapbook paper and other
elements through.

This way you can also put different papers under each person's box if you want
to.

Would like to see the end result, might get me scrapping again, left it alone
for too long

Hello,

I’m creating two charts to use on two facing digital scrapbook pages. I can’t
get the charts to look identical – How can I change the color of the top of the
box lines? They are black on one chart and gray on the other.

Also, is there a way to save a chart without the white background around it?

Thanks for any suggestions,

Linda
