Hi Susan, I have that problem with my Hotmail.com email address. Repeatedly. I would verify over and over, but never get any mail, even though the LUG archives would show that there had been recent discussions.
The only way I could solve it was to us a Gmail address. Maybe there is some strange stuff that goes on deep inside the email cloud that just can't let it work sometimes.
