Why before 1692? If the burial was in 1681, would it not be fair to assume the death was in, or before, 1681?

I'm not sure if this list allows attachments so am trying to attach but have also uploaded to http://teresa-goatham.me.uk/temporary/PP-crash.jpg Also on the topic of PP issues but not the above one, some inappropriate warnings still show up. e.g. I have a death 'before 1692' and a burial in '1681'. I consider these compatible; 1681 is before 1692. Legacy warns me I have a burial before death.
