Legacy 8 is handling notes differently.
[Notes] is no longer in the Event Sentence Definition.
You include Notes or not depending on the setting in Report Options - Include Tab - Event Options button.
In the Events themselves there are checkboxes if you want to include notes. They should be checked by default.
Why the change? I never worked it out. It's supposed to be easier apparently.

no problem here - just tested it in response to your question.
Are you certain you have got all the notes boxes ticked in the Report Options > Include ?

- Hello everyone,Â
- Was just wondering if anyone else had any trouble with events notes not showing in descendant narrative reports? If so I'll report it as a bug, but if it is just me I may have altered a setting somewhere without realising it. Although what that setting may be, I don't know.Â
- I use this feature extensively but now in V8 the events are listed in the reports but the notes have been stripped out. On example I found had a few blank lines and then the source citation number. Most of the others stripped the lot.Â
- Any help would be greatly appreciated.Â
