Bryan, I’m sorry that my post gave that impression when I was rather attempting to say the opposite. My point was that whilst customer loyalty is admirable, and certainly more than welcome to any company, personally I require much more than this when considering buying a product.
Whilst I only gave a few examples (space being a consideration) I did say “and much more”, and this was not just a throw away remark, but sincerely meant.
