Have you actually tried contacting Sales at Legacy to enquire about the delay, instead of just bitching about it here on the list? You've not said, in the three posts you've sent where you've voiced your dissatisfaction.
Try doing that - and mentioning that you've done so along with any results - before complaining about lack of service here, please. You might get more sympathy if we knew you'd taken all reasonable steps first. As it is, with the new launch creating a huge workload for them, on top of a holiday weekend at their end, I wouldn't be surprised if one or two orders fell through the cracks - no system is perfect. Or maybe there's another explanation about why you haven't received your code yet that is no fault of theirs. We certainly can't tell what's going on, nor do anything to help. And it really is the weekend all over the world now (Sunday here, Saturday in some other places) so it might be Monday before an informed answer can be given by the people at Legacy.
