FTR: it's not just Legacy8.  I've had that happen in PAF,
AQ, FTM, RM/FO, Legacy7, and UFT.  No clue why.

Now that you've noticed it (g), here's the CMA:
Before ANY export, print-to-file an alpha list of everyone
in your export list.  After importing the export into a
separate database, show an alpha list of everyone in the new
db, and compare with your previous list.
