When you go to back up your file, on that pop-up window there should be an OPTIONS button right next to the Backup button
Click on OPTIONS and then select Append Date &/or Append Time to default backup file name With both selected you can back up 10 times in the one minute and not overwrite another backup because each will have the unique time added.
