Unless someone can beat Support I am probably going to have to go back to V7.5.
Support have looked at my problem and despite attempts have been unable to fix the problem. I have some files where trying to open the Media from the Media Gallery is proving a major problem. It is only the people with a larger amount of photos - I can possibly open one person with their photos, but if I go to a second person or a third the Media Gallery just hangs and the only way to stop it is to close the whole programme down. Support has looked at my file and thought they had fixed it - we have checked the CPU and used Legacy with no other programmes open but the problems still remains - and is very frustrating. I was just wondering if there was any other user out there who is having a similar sort of problem?
