Hi, I have not yet upgraded to v8 and have just been "lurking" on the list, reading some threads on the upgrade... but am I reading this correctly? All my media will be "unlinked" during the upgrade process?? I mean, I see you say there are "two new tools" to help me relink my media, but surely I shouldn't have to DO anything... the upgrade process should give me a fully linked, fully functional set of data, right? Call me naive, but I can't imagine Millenia would be that sloppy. Thanks in advance for clearing up my misunderstanding, --Paula
<snip> The pictures will also be there but just not linked properly in the converted file. Legacy 8 has two new tools to help you. The first one in the Media Relinker. This may take a while but it will help you relink all your media. The second one is the Gather My Media tool.
