I've used Carbonite for 2-3 years, but I plan to change at renewal time.  It
only backs up data, I tried using Dropbox with it, but had lots of problems, so
stopped Dropbox.  I'm using Windows 7, and using high speed internet, DSL is
not available, which may contribute to the problem.  I have  about 285GB of
data,  lots of folders within folders, and I've notice especially in the last
year that when I go to a folder that I haven't been to in a while and there
will be items that are not backed up and some have been there for months.  I
also noticed that some of my Legacy backups have not been backed up by
Carbonite.
