Sherry, Yes, I know of this obscure "correct spelling" rule. But unfortunately on those rare occasions where I have had to reinstall Legacy and my data, I have forgotten Legacy's rule.
Like word processors and spreadsheets Legacy should ask first and only make changes with the user's permission. But because of how Legacy sets the default of this obscure Legacy rule, my data becomes corrupted. Bottom Line: Legacy feels that, we the users, are not to be trusted with our spelling, not trusted to the degree that Legacy may make changes WITHOUT notice to us. Thus Legacy shows its lack of trust.
