Yes, I know of this setting change.
But how would a new user know of this?
It isn't part of Legacy's initial setup procedure.
Why should one know the consequences
of this setting before importing data?

This setting does NOT make it obvious that while
"USA" will remain all caps, the abbreviations
of some (not all) other countries will become
mixed caps and non-caps.

We shouldn't have to make this setting change.
Our data should be accepted as correct.
This shows a lack of trust by Legacy.
