I am not Terry, but as I said earlier in this thread, "for Births I use the template Birth records>Birth certificate>England>Birth certificate, index>Online database and the Source Details includes fields named Volume, Page, Registration month, Registration Year and Registration District and there are similar ones for Death and Marriage.
