Although the options allow you to change the language to German it doesn't happen. The UI is translated, but in the charts only the title is in German, labels and dates are still English. The labels can be edited by the user to be German though, but the dates aren't editable. I would stick with GEDCOM export and let the recipient use it's own charting software.
