No, it means that you have two icons to the same program. Make sure you find the other one, and then you can delete one of them. The removal of an icon will not remove the program.

The icon on my desktop shows Legacy 8 and after it shows (2) . Does this mean I have accidentally installed 2 copies? I cannot tell, other than the (2) showing. When I open it it seems OK. If there are two copies, how do I fix it? <https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/images/cleardot.gif> Jane Sarles Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
