The first one could have already been deleted. Meanwhile the second one with the “(2)” remains as your only one in use. Windows is not smart enough to know that the other(s) have been deleted. You can freely rename any icon to any convenient name you wish….such as just removing the “(2)”. And as mentioned before, there is no harm done if you have duplicate shortcuts.
