My ISP is Sympatico (read Bell Canada). The system should work better because I'm about 20 miles from where Alexander Graham Bell worked on his phone invention. Sometimes I think they are still using the original telephone cable. LOLFred

I couldn’t access them for 2 days. Today I can access them just fine. Go figure. When everyone was saying they could access them no problem (including some of the other techs) I was starting to think I was batty. By the way, my ISP is Wow (formally Knology). A couple of days ago, I did spend 2 hours with a tech for my ISP, he could see the issue but he couldn't do anything about. He created a report and escalated the problem to the higher-ups. As Brian in LA said and also based on my experiences with Tel-Cos, I don't expect to find out why or what the problem was. Thanks to those who indicated the links were functional from their end, it demonstrated that the problem was not with Legacy.Fred Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
