Jenny, I doubt I would deliberately look for Last Modified Date however I would look for Date or Dates and possibly Modify or Modified all of which should have Last Modified Date as a sub entry. Of course the topic needs the correct screenshot.
In this way a user might accidentally "discover" this feature while looking for something else.
