No, even I don’t type that badly! It looks like someone started typing the city name, was distracted, entered a space, then the country with no space after and the last part of the state or maybe the last part of the city, a comma and then the country again. It’s like I had a major ADD episode when typing! The randomness of the garble is notable. The only thing that is in all is the duplicate country. In my case it is USA (all Caps) with Usa at the end.

Now correct it to the correct spelling and it should not appear again. If you correct it to be the same as some other location, then it should merge with the other existing location.
