Hi Boyd, Yes - I can do that - I can also delete items from the pdf file with my programme but it seems it would be so much simpler to have a button - as in the To Do List - where it says "Go to this person". Often there are several errors that will be solved in one family, e.g. where one of the parents birth, marriage or death dates is incorrect most of the siblings are affected by the one correction. I have suggested that if this could be done on one screen it could probably be done on another. I shall wait and see. Thanks, Marion
