Actually, I had been using one of my tag numbers for something that could have been done with a marriage tag, but I just hadn't given it the proper thought until I was desperate. I had wanted one tag to indicate that I had searched for everything I could find for children in a family, and could not find any more for the present time. If I didn't have a tag for this, I might forget, and search for more again a few days later. :-)
I think you're right for any use other than for what might involve a couple or entire family.
