Kathy and Kurt, I just printed with no problem both using the Report Style and the List Style. Try going to Options > Display Options > Reset and then try printing again.

The Options->Print function prints a blank page. Definitely a bug. If you click on the Options button, then Report, you get a nice preview and you can print from there.
