When I know the burial date but not the death date, I set the date date to Abt the burial date like ...
Died: Abt 1765-1-25 Buried: 1765-1-25 C.G. 'Jun Q' as an accepted date, covers the period 1st April through 30th June. Period set at the default 30 days after death. The burial date is within this period, therefore it shouldn't be flagged. Suggest the check is made using the start of the period to x days (30 in this case) after the end of the period. As an added complexity, in theory it's possible for someone to die towards the end of a GRO quarter, and be buried at the start of the next month in the next quarter. Eg Jun Q and Sep Q could only mean 2 or 3 days between events. Difficult to see how this can be resolved. -- Regards, Mike Fry Johannesburg (g) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
