I am trying to follow the email from Michele/Support on 10/31/2013. I have Version 8.0.0.397 and win7.
I was able to unlink the children and parents. I linked 2 to the correct parents. This gave me a total of 5 which filled up the left side for children. I attempted to link another child. When I do a right click on a blank area on any line I get options for that child. If you do a left click on a blank area to the right of any child it moves that child up. How do I link additional children?
