I didn't think there was anything impolite.  I didn't even notice an
attempt at humor that was directed toward anyone other than yourself; I
took it to mean you weren't sure if you had been able to communicate your
problem clearly.  No worries :-)  You may get additional answers from
others who have had this same problem.  I'm not skilled in the report area
or I would look at it and see what I could tell you.  Have a great weekend!
