Are those extra 22 endnotes linked to Notes for individuals in the report? ie. When you click on the citation number does it go to the General, Research or Medical notes for someone?
We have a known problem in our system where the RTF reports include a second set of citations but they are for Notes and they are linked so clicking on the number takes you to the notes. The first set of citations are not linked so clicking on those numbers will do nothing. In the problem report though the two lists are separated by the Name Index page(s). Do you have a Name List in your report?
