The function to "Set Direct Line as Preferred" works well in Legacy. Somewhere I thought I read how to un-set the preferred line without simply just setting some other line as the direct line. Does anyone know how to un-set the direct line? If you can cite the Help file reference for it, that would be even better. Thanks. Ron Taylor
