Thanks, the 'good' news is that although 'RG78' appears in the citation 
preview, it doesn't appear in reports using the citation.

Just ignore the field for County.  That's what I do.

It seems like overkill to me too, but apparently the correct full reference 
includes RG78 and RG14 and 2 Piece Numbers.
