Thanks, Sherry. In addition to a monthly backup, I backup whenever I close Legacy alternating between my hard drive and Dropbox. Mozy backs up twice a day; the external drive once.
"Even if you're deleting one or two things, it's probably a good idea to do a backup. " I'll try to remember to do that. "I'd toss in run Potential Problems Report but with the PP Indicators now, that's not as important as it was." I run the Potential Problems Report when I am feeling ambitious and want to spend some time on it. I choose one kind of problem at a time. Otherwise I feel overwhelmed. A complete report runs 53 pages. Many can be fixed quickly and I'm making some progress. I love having the indications come up as I work on an ancestor. Off to do some more tidying up. Thanks again.
