Hi Pat, Well done on merging your files.
To solve your picture problem. 1) Make a parent folder for the picture folders in Dropbox and make that your Default Media Folder in Legacy. So that you have ...Dropbox/All pics/Patlpics/... and ...Dropbox/All pics/Matlpics/... 2) Run the Media Relinker (on the Tools Ribbon) on the Drive which the Dropbox folder is on - note the button to choose which drives to search. You can't narrow it more than that - just go and get a cuppa while it does the scan. You may have to identify a number of the photos in the Media Relinker but nowhere near 2000 of them.
