Per the list rules:

"Attachments & Received Requests

"Do not send attachments of any kind. Because viruses can hide in attachments, 
don't open any Legacy Users Group message that has one.

"Do not send messages that request a received request."

If you must illustrate your point with an image, go to Http://tinypic.com and 
sign up for a free account and load your images there.  Then you can post the 
link to the image in your email with out any problems.
