No need for anger on the list :-). Legacy moderators are extremely responsive and do everything they can to help. In this day we should all be savvy enough to simply delete unwanted spam. That subscriber probably doesn't access his email a lot and doesn't even know what's going on. Perhaps a gentle, kind email to him explaining the need to change his password would be helpful? It's not his fault after all and he needs the opportunity to fix it. Annoyance might be appropriate if it were intentional but it appears to be a hack
