Jenny, I'm back on list about this one. Could it be related to Customize 7.7 ? Check box for "include source list name as part of source citation pages on reports" ?? However, mine is NOT checked. The way 7.7 is worded, you would think it would only trigger the formatting option below if I had checked the box to include the list name... ? "hmm" --Paula
