A ha!  When I went through the v8 Customize options, I DID change 7.1 to ask me 
which type of source to use, SW or Basic.  That's it.  In order to get Legacy 
to ask you which type of source to use, you have to click "Basic" and then the 
check box to ask.  If I change to click "SourceWriter" my screen looks like 
yours. ;)  Mystery solved!

It says that applies to Basic Sources only, so wouldn't affect me as I
don't use Basic.  Are you using Basic or SW?

Can someone from Support please tell us why Paula is seeing "Format
source title according to master source formatting option" and I am not?
