The person doesn’t have a Potential Problem because you’ve Excluded them from the problem. Open the persons Information window. Down toward the bottom, the Exclude from Potential Problems button bar will have an asterisk on it which is also an indicator that the person is excluded from one or more problems. Click on the bar and then inspect the 4 tabs of potential problems to see which ones the person is excluded from. If you uncheck all of them, you’ll find the >> indicator on the FGR view will be gone, but a Potential Problem indicator will probably be there in its place.
