It sounds as though you are entering the man a second time instead of linking him a second time. It doesn't matter whether you choose to add a "husband" to the sister, or add a "wife" to the boyfriend. Either way, having clicked to add a new spouse, select "Link to existing person" and select the boyfriend or sister. If you already have the sister's child entered, you can choose to add a father to him, but it is still a case of selecting "Link to existing person", not adding a new person. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
