Just want to vent a bit: I am discovering that the new v8 way of handling Event Notes is giving me event sentences that read "In 1850,.10" (10 is superscripted)... because I didn't got three levels down into the report options to turn on the printing of event notes... good grief. Do I have to check that box every time I run a report? I hope it is not automatically UNchecked (like that one for printing pictures in a FGR) every time. This case was more perturbing because I was using a sentence over-ride to achieve the wording I needed, but even an over-ride is ignored by the application if that check box is unchecked. I mean, what? I'm still wondering what the rationale was for requesting this change...
