Cheryl,
I haven't seen that combination but if true you could add a new Relationship to 
Parent status of "Biological and Adopted".  Now I'll have to watch for that one 
in my research.  Thanks.

Some states required the biological parent to co-adopt the
child, thus making the child both biological and adopted.
