Quasi is not a legitimate qualification to a date in Legacy, hence the PP alert.
You could use Abt or Est(imated) but neither captures the nuance of Quasi so you might want to add a note stating why the source assumes they were probably confirmed then. OR take a look at Options 5.7 Is there another date form that you don't use that you could Display as Quasi? eg I don't use both About and Circa I added Quasi for the Circa display, entered it in a test file and no PP alert.
