I've tried this with 7.5 and I can't get it to open a database file from within
a backup ZIP. The Open File dialog doesn't permit ZIP as the extension of a file
that can be opened.

I've also tried viewing the contents of the ZIP file from within Windows
Explorer and then trying to open the database file. Legacy starts, but says it
can't open the file.

Conclusion: confusion as to how Elizabeth landed herself in this state.
