Hello, Can someone tell me where I can find the error log file for version 7.5. I ran a Check/Repair Family File and the following message appears after the Check/Repair Family File finishes: Messsage: There were errors while Checking/Repairing the Family File. Would you like to view the Error.Log File?
I selected, " Yes." Notepad opens and it is blank. A small window opens with the following message: Cannot find the C:\Program Files (x86)\Legacy\Error.Log File Do you want to create a new file? I selected "Yes." I get only a blank notepad screen and do not know what to do at this point. Can someone tell me how I create a new Error.Log File? I checked in my Legacy folder and find no file named: LegError.log Hoping somebody can tell me what to do to either re-load the file or create a new one so I can view the errors please.
