In sourcing a birth registration, the first name is blank (or rather has a line across the column " -------- ').
When using SourceWriter, it asks for the "ID of the Person". Recording only the surname "Peter", could easily be misread as the person's first name. Would you instead use "[first name blank] Peter" (without the quotes)?
