Leon, use tagging.  At the bottom of the original search list there is an 
"options, advanced tagging" where you can give everyone in the search list a 
tag (one that you have not used before or clear an existing one).
You can then use the tag number as part of your next search where individual 
tag# equals tagged.

Is it possible to run a "Find and Replace" process against the results of a 
previously prepared "Search List".
